Quality assurance assistant • Johnson County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Johnson County, Iowa. You will be based on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems On a typical shift you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
