Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Manistee County, Michigan. You will work at an auto components factory. Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
