The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
