Roofing technician — Bandera County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing technician in Bandera County, Texas. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Your main tasks: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
