Join our team: kitchen steward (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sevier County, Utah. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
