Renovation plasterer • Thurston County, Nebraska

Now hiring: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Thurston County, Nebraska. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Day-to-day duties: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
