Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Yolo County, California. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
