Lift mechanic • Tipton County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Tipton County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Six days a week, one day off.
