Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Overton County, Tennessee. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours.
