Great opportunity: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Tyler County, West Virginia. The job is at a pharmacy doing home delivery. On a typical shift you will collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Meals and transport allowance provided.
