Powder spray gun operator — Fisher County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Fisher County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
