Bakery assistant wanted in Sully County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sully County, South Dakota. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred.
