Great opportunity: cnc production machinist (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Marshall County, Iowa. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish.
