CNC milling operator • Cape May County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Cape May County, New Jersey. You will work in a toolroom. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
