Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a double glazing firm. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Able to cut glass accurately to size Day-to-day duties: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
