Floor and wall tile fitter — Hinds County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Hinds County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
