Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Phillips County, Montana. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
