Turning centre operator wanted in Doniphan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Doniphan County, Kansas. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
