Line cook wanted in Nkanu East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
