Glazier wanted in Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazier in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris You should have: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
