Concrete finisher • Geauga County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Geauga County, Ohio. The role involves lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Meals and transport allowance provided.
