Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
