We are recruiting: tig welder (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Eaton County, Michigan. Day to day you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
