Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Gonzales County, Texas. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
