Scaffolding supervisor • Franklin County, Vermont

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Franklin County, Vermont. You will be based at a commercial fit-out project. Day-to-day duties: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
