Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Leake County, Mississippi. The role involves maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
