Collision repair technician • Marin County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Marin County, California. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. You will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
