Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in McCook County, South Dakota. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
