Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Eddy County, North Dakota. You will work on an industrial construction site. The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
