Kitchen cook — Umu-Nneochi

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
