You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
