Dough maker wanted in Caldwell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Caldwell County, Texas. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
