Wood machinist — Wilkes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Wilkes County, North Carolina. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On a typical shift you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Rotating shifts.
