Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Limestone County, Alabama. Day to day you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
