Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Hampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Hampton County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
