Immediate opening: toolroom milling operator (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Finney County, Kansas. You will be based in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
