Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in South Tyneside, England. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
