Press shop operator wanted in Wadena County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Wadena County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
