Fry cook wanted in Durham County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Durham County, North Carolina. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours.
