Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Robertson County, Tennessee. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
