Back-of-house cleaner • Nelson County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nelson County, Virginia. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience.
