Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Yakutat City and Borough, Alaska. You will work at a land-clearing site. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters On the job you will handle: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
