You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
