Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Wichita County, Texas. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift.
