Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Kaufman County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
