Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
