Day to day you will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through.
