You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways You will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork.
