Powder coating sprayer • Sabon Gari, Kaduna State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sabon Gari, Kaduna State. The job is in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 6+ years on the tools preferred.
