Tower crane operator — Pocahontas County

Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
